Jacqueline Carbone is a highly experienced board-certified nurse practitioner that specializes in the holistic treatment of Psychiatric Chronic Pain clients. Her priority is working in partnership with the client to achieve maximum functionality and quality of life. She is licensed in Colorado and board-certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center.

Jacque earned three master’s degrees—one in acute care/geriatric nursing and one as a clinical specialist in geriatrics—from Georgetown University. She also has her Masters Certification in Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing from the University of Colorado.

She offers comprehensive holistic care utilizing medication management and chronic Pain focused therapy. As a client of Jacque’s, you will also be offered alternative treatment for pain including nutrition support, hormones, tapers, weight management, opioid-use disorder treatment, counseling, therapeutic injections, and manipulations this makes for a uniquely suited treatment plan for each client. She also offers cancer pain management, botox, and mental health care.

Most recently she lectured at New Mexico University on inclusive modality utilizing the patient belief system, holistic treatments, and Western medicine. She had lectured nationally on opioid utilization, mental health inclusion in chronic pain management, and surgical readiness mental health. In 2019, Jacque co-authored the Colorado Hospital Association’s Opioid Reduction and Safety Initiative for the State of Colorado, resulting in the CO CURE (CliniciansUnited to Resolve the Epidemic) program.

Jacque’s approach to chronic pain is establishing a partnership with the patient to meet their functional as well as quality of life goals in the safest, healthiest way possible. She believes that each client’s pain is unique and needs to be approached with lifestyle tools that enhance their unique journey.

Armed with an associate’s degree in medical assisting, Lisa combines her formal education with hands-on expertise to provide exceptional healthcare services. Her dedication to enhancing the patient experience and ensuring optimal outcomes sets her apart in the field.

Throughout her career, Lisa has honed her skills in triage, patient communication, and multitasking, while also demonstrating proficiency in navigating complex processes such as prior authorizations. Her expertise extends to problem-solving and maintaining seamless operations within a fast-paced medical environment.
